What kind of diet do you usually do, when working out or mastering your combat arts? Any good recommendations?

I have yet to start but I would imagine just an all around good diet is best, one you would normally want to be eating anyways. I don't believe in "going" on a diet because a diet is just what you eat on a day to day basis.

I agree with Shadow. This is something that you don't need to eat special for but you should already be eating well already.
So many people eat nothing but junk. I am one of those people. lol But I still move around a lot and drink nothing but water.
I can also run quite fast and far before getting tired so I think I am in good shape.

It is funny. You can get away with eating more junk so long as you stay active. I have seen wrestlers, athletes, ect. just eat fast food for weeks, and nothing but, but their bodies were no phased by it.

I eat what ever I want but most of the time I am not making horrible choices. I rarely eat out or eat fast food. I do eat pizza often but I do frozen ones most of the time or homemade.

I think if you are healthy your body can handle more toxins. Like it can get rid of them easier and things like that.
