Do you like this particular style? And if you do, why do you prefer it over other styles? Share your thoughts.

I think single lightsaber has its uses. I'm working on the one-handed saber section for my next book and the drills are designed to incorporate single grip and two-handed grips.

I am still brand new and learning the ins and outs of what everything is called. So far just from Carey's book I have learned so much about Lightsaber Combat.

Can`t wait to read up on it in your next book. I always thought single saber style to be mundane and common. From a stylish point of view, I think dual wielding or saber staves are much cooler. But that is definitely only from a stylish point of view.

I actually like the sabers that can be split into two. I just prefer the longer stick I guess, it is easier for me to balance for some reason. I think because of the weight in the back of it.

REALLY? I never heard anyone say those were easier. I guess it depends on who you are and how you handle/grip it.
To be fair to the thread what you mentioned was a DOUBLE bladed saber so which is your favorite single blade design?

    I like this myself :

I'm not sure if there is a proper name but I love how it looks like a sword!
