    Strange question. I have been reading about this mineral water drops stuff and it is said to give the body everything it needs in terms of minerals in the form of a simple solution you mix in water or a drink. I guess it comes from the ocean. I never tried it before but it is suppose to ramp up energy, enhance sleep, and boost the immune system. Anyone ever try it? I am considering it since it has been some time since I did anything that will be testing my body.

    I know this will sound strange but I have never used them but my mother always has put them in our dogs water lol She buys this one that is for humans but is safe for pets. She feels like the tap water isn't healthy enough. All the dogs I grew up with lived a very long and healthy life, one is even still alive! He is 17 and slow to move but still healthy as can be! These kinds of minerals are usually expensive though. I know my mom spends like $20 on a little bottle every 2 weeks.

    I didn't know such a thing existed to be honest lol I will look into it more because it does sound like a simple way to really improve your overall health. Minerals seem to be very important for our bodies too.

    I think my mom uses something like this. I can't remember what it is called but her doctor recommended it to her because she has trouble swallowing pills. I will have to find out what it is called. I think the stuff she uses it like $12 a bottle or something.

    Are you talking about stuff like "trace minerals"?

    Yes those! I was actually looking at something similar in a health foods store. I forgot they were called trace minerals. haha
    So do you have any experience with them? I mean the seem harmless.

    I have seen this stuff before and considered using it myself. I am going to read up more on it.

    Yeah I have used these ones before. I just added them to a bit of water or tea every few days in the winter to keep my immune system up. My sister in-law recommended them to me.
    Over all, they give you good energy and you feel lighter. I think they are worth giving a try.
