    Do you think jogging is helpful in keeping you in shape for your training? I think it is the easiest workout you can do, and it also does not cost you anything.

    Cardiovascular exercise is definitely something that will help people in lightsaber sparring. I used to jog with 50 lb weighted vest all the time to add additional resistance.

    I have to try adding additional weight while jogging as well. I`m currently struggling to reach my set mark of miles/day, but I think I could up that with additional weight for more muscle build-up.

    Well yeah I mean even basic walking would make a difference. I think just basic movement is all you need to be in shape but you have to do it day in and out.
