I pulled my shoulder lol

    So I was practicing some swings I seen online and I think my foot placement was off...

    I got this sharp pain that ran up my arm and stopped in my shoulder and now when I take a deep breath it hurts. lol
    Any idea on what I can do to heal this back up? I am a bit embarrassed I did this to myself at only 23 haha

    LOL I have done this doing much less and I am 17.

    Use epsom salt. It works wonders! Soak in a tub if you can, if not, get a bowl of hot water and put the salt in that and just use a washcloth to wet and ring then lay it over your shoulder. Do it each time it cools.

    Do you have any icy hot? The stuff smells so bad but it always helped me out. I am not sure if it helps you heal quicker but it lessens the pain quite a bit.

    I did this when I was mowing the lawn last summer... Don't ask me how but I did!
    It helped to just ice it on and off for 3 days then start moving more again. Being too stationary will prolong the injury.

    That is actually a good point. I once pulled a muscle in my leg and instead of moving around after a few days I laid in bed for almost a week. I ended up being so stiff from it I could barley move.
