How much can you expect to pay for a high end saber?

I am curious. I have been working overtime for the last few weeks to save up some money. I am tight on money right now so I wasn't able to get a saber of my own. For the time being I am using the one the club provided me.

How much can I expect to pay for a high end saber?

You may consider something that is under $200 high end. It depends on what you want. Most of the more expensive ones are really well made though so I don't blame you for wanting to spend more when you do get one.

You can find a high end saber for under $200 easy but I have seen them go super high. I think that is mostly for collectors purposes.

They seem to have the best high end sabers that are out there. I would say that these are your best options with pricing as well. They are excellent quality.

Thanks everyone. I did see some options online that were under $100 and looked amazing! What makes a high end saber, a high end one?

There are a few other places, but there are only 3 on top right one and Ultra is one of them. I think they may have been around the longest but I could be wrong.
You can certainly find good quality elsewhere but based on reviews, these guys do some of the best work.

What do you consider a high-end saber? I have one that cost me $800. It actually has platinum on it. I got it from a convention. I think high end in terms of dueling, you can get away with spending $50-$75 and be perfectly fine.

From what I read, it comes down to customer service and just general feedback.

Aw so I guess the top few places are all good, you just have to look into the store and the service itself. Thanks man.

Yeah you don't need to spend a lot to have a nice saber. The one you got is likely a collectors item and not meant for dueling.

I was wondering this before, thanks for sharing. I was worried that if I didn't spend enough it would end up being cheaper and break or something.

Sorry for hijacking this but I wanted to know as well lol haha

Yeah there are a few really well and rep'd places to buy sabers from but you have to take into account that the prices slightly vary and the communication may not be as good for something like custom sabers.

Thanks for letting me know. I just wanted to be certain. I know a lot of things in this world don't have to be super expensive to be good. I got a 4 year old camera recently that was half the price it was when it came out and to me, it does an amazing job. haha I am going to look into the cheaper options, thanks man.

I am still new to this but from what I have seen, as much as you would like to spend. I mean you can get a solid saber for under $100 or you can pay well over $400 for a custom one.

No problem. If you are debating between a few, just make a thread. I am sure the people on the forum can help you decide which is the better option. :)
