How can I enjoy vegetables?

I am going to be honest here, I HATE THEM! I don't know how people enjoy any of them. I have tried them raw, cooked, with dip, ect I just can't. I hate having lettuce on anything as well. I really need to eat more vegetables though specially if I am going to be taking up saber dueling and such.

Any recommendations on some vegetables that are okay when eaten a certain way? Or a way to sneak them into my diet?

I never been big on them but I will eat them as part of a meal. I recommend that if you dislike them this much, get a juicer and cover them in fruit juice. I know a lot of people in my family who do this and they swear by it. My one cousin kicked his 4 cups of coffee a day switching to veg/fruit juice every morning.

I honestly don't mind them with a good sauce. Can you eat them in stir fry dishes? I know my brother hates them too but he enjoyed them in chicken stir fry meals. I would give that a try if you haven't.

Another option is maybe soup? I mean that covers up the taste and they taste really good in soups.

I agree about the soup. I have known plenty of kids and adults who hated it but soup made it easy to get the vitamins and minerals. The broth keeps them in the soup so you get the benefits without having toe at them. Yes, raw is always best to eat but at least this was when you cook the veggies most of what is in them stays int he soup.

CHILI! I am serious! I don't know anyone who doesn't like chili. You can hide so many vegetables in it plus the sauce is a base made from tomatoes. It is a win!
