I was arguing with my friend about this. Like to me, I think it is healthy when you don't eat in on a day to day basis. Like a few times a week is fine. She says that it is loaded with calories and fat and to me, it depends on what you get. Like I get a veggie bowl myself.

I am asking because I am trying to get in better shape. I had gained some weight and I feel like my abilities would be enhanced if I lost it. I am trying to cut out junk foods and I don't see this as a junk food. HALP!!! haha

Well... I remember looking up the calories for my average bowl and if I ate the whole thing, which I do most days... It would be around 1,200 calories.
So yeah it has a lot of calories and CAN be unhealthy but if you make it into 3 servings or don't include things like sour cream, it cuts a lot of them down.

I think you will be fine just don't over eat it. I used to eat this stuff 3+ times a week and never gained weight from it. Yes it is high in calories but you can make 2 meals of it.

Yeah Beth I was going to say just go use their calculator. I mean for what you eat as one meal, that is 3 meals worth.
I don't really care to count the calories here tho cause I don't eat there often. Maybe like 5 times a year.

I consider mine larger than average but not large 4 kids. I think when we did this before we figured out everyone felt "large" was bit more than what they had.
